Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Senior DevOps Engineer partners with the DevOps & Cloud Engineer Lead and software engineering teams to design, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our Digital Product portfolio. This hands‑on role focuses on Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and sustain Azure infrastructure for Digital Product applications and services.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or Terraform following established platform patterns.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for development, UAT, and production environments.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, Python, or similar tools.
• Support deployment and operation of .NET applications and related Azure services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure, deployment, and pipeline issues.
• Identify and drive improvements in automation, reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and reusable tooling while sharing knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS is a plus.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep highly desirable, Terraform acceptable).
• Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, Python or similar.
• Understanding of cloud networking, identity, access management, and security.
• Experience supporting applications in a cloud environment, preferably .NET.
