Senior Designer – Digital Content

About the role

ALT X is seeking a Senior Designer to create compelling digital content for international brands across multiple markets. You will work on‑site in Colombo, collaborating with strategy, marketing, eCommerce and creative teams to turn briefs into high‑impact visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Create static and motion graphics, short‑form videos, Reels, Stories, GIFs and carousel ads.
• Develop eCommerce creative for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and TikTok Shop, including product imagery and promotional assets.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI image and video generation tools into the daily workflow.
• Adapt creative concepts across formats, audiences and markets while adhering to global brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, social media design, motion graphics or digital content creation.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Affinity for AI‑driven creative tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across social and eCommerce platforms.
