Senior Data & Analytics Practice Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Practice Coordinator to drive growth, efficiency and innovation within a high‑performing Data & Analytics practice. This internal‑facing role will enable presales activities, manage intellectual‑property initiatives, lead research and development efforts, and support overall practice operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support presales activities, proposal development, solution scoping and effort estimation.
• Manage internal products, accelerators, frameworks and IP initiatives.
• Drive research, development and innovation projects across the practice.
• Improve delivery readiness and enhance reusable assets and internal capabilities.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to shape future direction and capability development programs.
• Assist with resource planning, utilisation reporting and consulting operations.
• Maintain backlog and product management tools such as Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or data consulting with a strong delivery background.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or client‑facing environments.
• Exposure to presales, proposal development and solution scoping.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Data & AI ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services).
• Practical knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, governance and modern lakehouse/warehouse architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python and/or PySpark.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.
• Knowledge of backlog and product management tools (Azure DevOps Boards, Jira) and reporting platforms like Power BI.
