Senior Business Development Officer

About the role

Antler IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Officer to lead the growth of its Odoo ERP business. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building long‑term client relationships, and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
• Understand prospective clients' processes, challenges, and digital transformation needs.
• Deliver professional product presentations, solution demos, and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle and consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, ERP sales, software or IT solution sales.
• Proven B2B sales track record with achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
• Relevant professional or academic qualification is a plus.
