Senior Business Development Executive – Corporate Vouchers

About the role

Mintpay is seeking a senior professional to lead the expansion of its corporate voucher partnerships across Sri Lanka. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value clients to onboarding and managing accounts, while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value corporate clients to build a robust pipeline for Mintpay Vouchers.
• Drive client acquisition and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, and C‑suite.
• Lead end‑to‑end pitching, onboarding, and account management for corporate accounts.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve the voucher offering.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align client needs with Mintpay’s solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in fintech or corporate services.
• Proven track record managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to influence senior and C‑level stakeholders.
