Senior Banking Associate – Talent Development

About the role

The Senior Banking Associate – Talent Development will coordinate internal and external training programs, manage the Learning Management System, and support talent development initiatives within the bank. This role involves liaising with training providers, handling logistics, and ensuring effective post‑training evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange internal, external, and foreign training programs, including nominations, logistics, and post‑training follow‑up.
• Maintain the LMS, work with vendors to update learning content, and generate MIS reports on training activities.
• Implement and manage the e‑library of digital learning resources and design internal communication materials such as EDMs and e‑magazines.
• Conduct AI‑enabled online assessments and video interviews in line with established standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the banking sector.
• Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university or professional body.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, multitasking, and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and modern design tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
