SAP Retail Consultant

About the role

The SAP Retail Consultant will work on client projects within the Rizing/Wipro ecosystem, delivering solution design, development and support for retail‑focused SAP implementations. The consultant operates with minimal supervision, builds expertise in core SAP modules, and contributes to the overall success of engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, showcase best practices, and develop reusable artifacts.
• Participate in solution development, blueprint workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Organize work to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables and proper documentation.
• Follow Rizing/Wipro processes, adhere to project methodologies and escalate scope changes.
• Lead or support application managed services tasks, coordinating small to medium‑sized teams.
• Maintain client relationships, mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal thought leadership.
• Complete administrative duties such as timesheets, expense reports and knowledge‑base contributions.

Required profile

• Ability to complete project tasks with minimal supervision and report issues promptly.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Understanding of best practices, industry knowledge and SAP modules.
• Willingness to contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge management.
