Salesforce Developer – Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of developers to produce high‑quality, maintainable code.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical designs.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Validation Rules, and Batch Apex.
• Manage integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Copado or similar DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and architects to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective resolutions.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of overall IT experience and at least 3 + years focused on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of lead, opportunity, and case management within Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components and custom UI development.
• Proven integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with Copado DevOps processes.
• Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code and Git.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Admin and/or Platform App Builder; optional Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II).
