Sales Executive

About the role

Love talking to people? Turn your conversations into earnings. Global Skills Meet is expanding its Colombo team and seeks confident, energetic and motivated Sales Executives. No extensive sales experience is required; you just need to be comfortable on the telephone and driven to achieve results.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce website services.
• Explain service packages, identify interested prospects and convert conversations into sales.
• Follow up leads, maintain accurate call records and meet individual sales and call targets.
• Develop sales and communication skills through daily telephone interactions.

Required profile

• Enjoy spending the day on the telephone and speaking with new people.
• Friendly, positive, enthusiastic and motivated by targets and commission.
• Persistent, able to stay positive after rejections and eager to learn sales techniques.
• Ambitious to increase earnings and pursue career progression.
