Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Wattala. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will contact homeowners, explain the benefits of a free property survey and schedule appointments to generate qualified leads for our insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using company‑provided contact lists.
• Engage professionally with homeowners to identify insulation needs.
• Explain clearly the purpose and benefits of the free, no‑obligation property survey.
• Qualify eligible homeowners according to set criteria.
• Book survey appointments based on customer location and availability.
• Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, follow‑ups and appointment information.
• Manage callbacks and follow up with interested homeowners.
• Maintain records using spreadsheets, dialler systems and CRM platforms, and submit daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, appointment setting or customer service (preferred).
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner with ability to meet call and appointment targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
