Sales & Client Coordinator

About the role

We are a growing creative agency looking for a confident, people‑oriented Sales & Client Coordinator to help win new clients, build relationships and support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, reach out via calls, email and LinkedIn, and generate leads to build a sales pipeline.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations and pitches with the creative team, and convert leads into paying clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and keeping clients updated.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals and sales activity, and produce weekly progress reports.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive and comfortable talking to people, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously, and target‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a bonus.
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced startup environment and takes initiative.
