Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our AI and digital solutions to both local and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements, coordinate with internal technical teams and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, follow up on leads, proposals and quotations to ensure timely conversion.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and CRM records, and support business development activities such as networking events and online campaigns.
• Negotiate with clients and drive the sales process to successful closure while achieving agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in IT/software, digital solutions or SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, confident when speaking with local and international clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM or sales tools for pipeline management.
