Sales Ambassador

About the role

The Sales Ambassador will deliver personalized consultations and product guidance across multiple premium categories, including fashion, luxury, fragrance, watches, food, and electronics. You will represent a global retail leader in a duty‑free environment, ensuring each customer interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and drive aided sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation meet premium retail standards.
• Maintain stock levels, organize displays, and uphold store cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving, and counts.
• Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle payments.
• Comply with Duty Free regulations, procedures, and company policies.

Required profile

• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification; additional retail or hospitality education is a plus.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or a Duty Free environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, sales‑driven mindset and strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
