About the role
We are seeking a service‑oriented and detail‑focused Reservations Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo. The role involves handling room reservations, guest enquiries, and booking‑related activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform duties related to the assigned position.
- Work closely with the relevant department and other teams.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
