Remote Wills & Estates Lawyer (Australian Law)

About the role

Teams Squared is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to provide specialist advice on Australian estate planning, probate and trust matters. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while supporting a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, succession planning, trusts and estate administration in line with Australian law.
• Draft, review and amend wills, powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and trust deeds.
• Manage probate applications and estate administration from initiation to finalisation.
• Provide commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation services.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Australian legislative requirements.
• Liaise with clients, financial advisors, accountants and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission as an Australian Legal Practitioner (or eligibility to work on Australian matters).
• 3–5 years practising Australian Wills & Estates law.
• Proven experience drafting wills, trust deeds, powers of attorney and probate applications.
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters remotely.
