About the role
The Relationship Manager will convert leads, build client relationships and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the bancassurance channel.
Key responsibilities
- Convert leads received from bank partners and nurture strong client relationships.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and propose tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify and source new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Educate clients on product benefits, address queries and provide after‑sales service.
- Focus on policy retention and renewals through consistent follow‑up and support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience in insurance or a related sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking focused on business development and growth.
- Proactive, results‑driven and able to handle high‑pressure situations.
