Relationship Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role

The Relationship Executive will convert high‑quality leads from banking partners into tailored insurance and investment solutions. Working across multiple locations in Sri Lanka, you will build trust‑based relationships while delivering financial protection products that meet each client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Transform bank‑provided leads into active insurance policies through proactive client engagement.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend customized insurance products.
• Identify and secure new business prospects via networking and referral channels.
• Execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly performance targets.
• Educate clients on product benefits and provide comprehensive after‑sales support.
• Manage policy renewals and retention through consistent follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in insurance, banking, leasing, micro‑finance, pharmaceutical, real estate, or FMCG.
• Open to recent school leavers willing to start a career in financial services.
