Quality & Data Analytics Team Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Data Analytics Team Manager to lead a dedicated team in driving quality improvement initiatives and data‑driven decision making. The role combines quality management, data analysis, internal auditing and team leadership to ensure compliance with standards and continuous operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve quality and operational objectives.
• Monitor processes, identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Analyse operational and quality data to uncover trends, root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards and performance analyses to senior management.
• Develop, track and report on KPIs and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean or other data‑driven methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve process issues and implement solutions.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and guidance to team members.

Required profile

• BSc in Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline; ISO 9001 certification is highly preferred.
• Six Sigma certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement frameworks.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, data analysis, MIS reporting or quality engineering.
• Demonstrated team‑management experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and management.
