Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

LOWCODEMINDS is looking for a highly organized Software Project Manager to coordinate and oversee the progress of its software development projects. You will work closely with stakeholders and a talented development team to deliver innovative solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope by collaborating with stakeholders to set objectives and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate the software development team’s efforts.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Identify, address, and resolve risks and issues that may affect the project.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in project management within software development.
• Solid technical background with hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
