Project Manager – Agile Software Delivery

About the role

CodeGen is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale software projects within its travel‑technology platform. You will act as the driving force behind high‑performance engineering squads, translating client vision into robust, scalable production software while ensuring timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end software execution using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tailor processes to maximise sprint velocity and team health.
• Partner with Technical Leads, Engineering Managers and QA teams to convert complex system designs and client requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Plan projects, allocate resources, track milestones and manage budgets to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
• Identify, mitigate and unblock risks and engineering bottlenecks before they affect timelines.
• Coordinate with internal product teams, business leaders and global travel clients across time zones to align expectations.
• Foster continuous improvement through data‑driven metrics and mentor cross‑functional teams to uphold a culture of accountability and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with the Program Management hub to standardise project management processes across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing medium to large enterprise software development projects.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands‑on experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI‑ACP or PRINCE2 are a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead under pressure.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growing technology environment.
