Production Developer – Fashion & Apparel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Developer to oversee garment development from concept through bulk production. You will work closely with designers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations while aligning with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of garment development, from initial concept to bulk production.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, factories, and production teams to align specifications.
• Monitor samples, fittings, quality, costing, and production schedules.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories required for each collection.
• Ensure all finished products adhere to approved design and quality standards.
• Track showroom and online sales performance to identify fast‑moving, slow‑moving, and high‑demand items.
• Use sales insights to guide production planning and replenishment decisions.
• Stay informed on local and international fashion trends to support future collections.
