Process Associate – Finance & Accounting (Record-to-Report)

About the role

Join Infomate’s Record-to-Report (R2R) team and contribute to global finance operations, ensuring financial accuracy, reporting excellence, and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account clearing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Support month‑end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Record‑to‑Report, General Ledger, or related finance function.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Partial or full qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, AAT, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including up to two weekend days per month.
