About the role

The Personal Financial Manager will work on‑site in Moratuwa, engaging directly with clients to understand their financial aspirations and to design tailored life‑insurance and investment solutions. This full‑time position combines client advisory, policy servicing, and business development within a regulated insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to assess protection and investment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare personalized financial plans and maintain accurate client records.
• Manage policy servicing, follow‑up on leads, and support business development activities.
• Participate in community outreach and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies while helping clients build financial resilience.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to listen, build trust, and provide clear financial guidance.
• Knowledge of basic financial planning principles, life‑insurance products, and personal risk management.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities in English, coupled with ethical sales and negotiation experience.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Educational background in finance, business, economics, marketing or related fields; professional certifications are a plus.
