About the role
We are seeking a passionate Patisserie Lecturer to join our culinary education team. The role involves delivering both theoretical lectures and hands‑on demonstrations to aspiring pastry professionals, while providing mentorship throughout their training.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in line with the approved curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Assess, evaluate, and record student performance against learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a professional pastry chef or patisserie expert.
- Relevant qualifications in Pastry & Bakery, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Certificate IV TAE40122 preferred.
- Previous teaching or lecturing experience highly desirable.
- Excellent English speaking and writing abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Competence in using office software applications.
