Part‑Time Full‑Stack Interviewer / Consultant (Java, Spring Boot, React)

About the role

We are looking for experienced software professionals to work part‑time as interviewers and consultants. You will lead technical interviews for candidates applying to Java, Spring Boot and React development positions, helping our clients recruit top talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, problem‑solving abilities and communication skills.
• Assess depth of expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React and related technologies, as appropriate for the role level.
• Provide detailed feedback on technical performance and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve interview processes and standards.
• Represent OXO Tech’s brand with professionalism and confidentiality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience, currently or most recently in a senior (Associate Tech Lead or higher) position.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Flexibility to conduct interviews at various times.
