Onsite Audio Visual & Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

EIL Global is seeking experienced technicians to provide onsite Audio Visual (AV) and infrastructure support for client locations worldwide. The role operates under resident and dispatch models, delivering first‑level support for conference rooms, board rooms and other meeting spaces that cannot be resolved remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite assistance for AV and video‑conferencing issues in focus rooms, conference rooms, multi‑purpose rooms and board rooms.
• Perform break/fix activities, replace faulty or end‑of‑life equipment, and implement backup solutions during device failures.
• Manage OEM warranty repairs, RMAs and equipment decommissioning according to client recycling processes.
• Maintain accurate room inventory records in the MRCDP system.
• Respond to ticketed dispatch requests, resolve incidents within a 3‑hour SLA after arrival, and escalate unresolved issues to higher‑tier support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV, end‑user computing or infrastructure support.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, both as a resident technician and on dispatch.
• Possession of required toolkits and devices, including rechargeable screwdriver set, cable cutters, pliers and a client‑issued laptop.
• Valid client badge and ability to use client‑provided PowerApps.
