Office 365 Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Office 365 Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, administer and support the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient collaboration services across Intervest’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, licensing, authentication) and Microsoft Intune for device compliance.
• Implement and oversee Microsoft Defender security technologies and Microsoft Purview compliance, retention and data‑governance features.
• Configure mail flow, connectors, transport rules and email security, as well as MFA, SSPR and identity lifecycle processes.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Manage certificates, DNS records and integrations with Microsoft 365.
• Participate in project delivery, technical change implementation and provide third‑line support and mentoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 services, users and licenses.
• Hands‑on expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender and Purview.
• Ability to configure MFA, SSPR, mail flow, connectors and transport rules.
• Experience monitoring service health, troubleshooting issues and managing certificates and DNS.
• Capable of delivering projects, technical changes and providing third‑line support.
