About the role

We are seeking a creative Motion & Video Content Designer to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for social media and digital campaigns. You will work closely with content, digital, and creative teams to turn ideas into fast‑paced, performance‑driven video assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for social posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Design motion graphics and animated creatives for digital platforms.
• Develop videos using stock footage, templates, and AI‑assisted tools.
• Edit reels, shorts, and promotional videos with strong pacing and visual hooks.
• Add animated typography, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Adapt videos to multiple platform formats and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Deliver high‑quality work within fast turnaround timelines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and short‑form video work.
• Experience creating social‑first video content.
• Comfortable using AI‑driven creative and video generation tools.
• Good understanding of pacing, typography in motion, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work creatively with stock footage and templates.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
