Medical Delegate – Promote Healthcare Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Medical Delegate to promote our product portfolio to Healthcare Professionals. You will be responsible for increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and supporting market growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to Healthcare Professionals through scientific discussions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market‑share growth.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Representatives and distributors for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular pharmacy visits to monitor product availability and stock levels.
• Execute product‑specific strategic plans and gather market intelligence.
• Organise scientific, educational and promotional activities for HCPs.
• Maintain call coverage, expense reports, sample allocation and required documentation.

Required profile

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, preferably in Bio Science.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical marketing (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
• Ability to work in any part of the country and handle multiple tasks.
• Professional qualification such as PCM from SLIM / CIM is a plus.

• Proficiency with Office 365.
