Marketing Manager - B2B

About the role

Codax is building a new growth department model in Sri Lanka and seeks a Marketing Manager to lead B2B client growth. You will own strategy, execution, and team development for a portfolio of B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for B2B clients, starting with deep business and customer understanding.
• Translate strategy into execution across positioning, website, content, LinkedIn, webinars, events, outbound and SEO.
• Design and run experiments, and lead monthly pipeline reviews with each client.
• Lead the delivery team, set priorities and maintain high quality standards.
• Help hire and build a strong team in Sri Lanka as the model scales.
• Shape playbooks, tools and processes for Codax delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, including experience as a marketing manager or similar lead role.
• Broad, hands‑on understanding of brand positioning, content, digital, ABM, outbound, events, websites and SEO.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to turn business problems into clear growth plans.
• Experience leading people and ambition to build a team.
• Confidence working with founders and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
