Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

Our client, a technology and digital solutions provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing and demand‑generation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, growing the pipeline, and managing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital, social media, SEO, paid media, events, webinars and partner channels.
• Build lead‑generation, nurturing and conversion strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion.
• Oversee CRM, marketing automation, analytics and performance tracking, monitoring budgets, ROI and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with campaign or team leadership.
• Proven track record in demand generation and multi‑channel marketing.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
