Marketing Executive – Loyalty Management

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead our Loyalty Management program. You will be responsible for driving member engagement, designing loyalty campaigns and analysing performance to grow customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day loyalty program activities, including member onboarding, support and engagement.
• Plan and execute loyalty campaigns, promotions, events and personalised communications in close collaboration with Marketing, Digital and Creative teams.
• Analyse customer data and campaign performance to extract insights, create targeted initiatives and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of loyalty initiatives.
• Support new loyalty features, partnerships and referral programmes while monitoring competitors and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM or customer engagement.
• Additional qualifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social platforms, CRM systems, campaign tools and data‑analytics solutions.
• Experience with digital communication tools such as email marketing, SMS and push notifications.
