Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Limited in Anamaduwa, supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and drive growth. This full‑time, on‑site position involves market research, campaign coordination, and close collaboration with sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and local market trends.
• Assist in market planning and the implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotions across multiple channels.
• Work with sales teams to generate and convert leads.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and analyse results.
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong abilities in market planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Proven experience in market research and analysis of customer behaviour and competition.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties.
• Sales and customer‑relationship skills to support business development.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
