About the role
We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing operations, vendor coordination, digital asset management, and social media activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, and media partners.
- Manage digital assets, ensuring proper file naming, version control, and structured storage.
- Schedule and publish organic social media content across relevant platforms.
- Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Track vendor timelines and follow up to guarantee timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support the Head of Digital with daily marketing operations and coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital asset management.
