Marketing Associate – FMCG Brand Launch

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Associate to support the launch of SPICEUP, an emerging FMCG brand, in Sri Lanka. This role offers the chance to work on a national‑level brand from its early stages and gain hands‑on experience in market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the SPICEUP market launch.
• Assist with ATL, BTL, digital marketing, activation, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
• Create marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and promotional artwork.
• Support events, consumer activations, market visits, and brand‑building activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and consumer trends.
• Maintain marketing databases, campaign records, budgets, and basic performance reports.
• Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the brand’s presence across Sri Lanka.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing practices and brand‑building principles.
• Knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
• Willingness to participate in field activities, events, and market visits.
• Based in Matara or within a practical daily commuting distance.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
