About the role
Sunshine Holdings is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts, attract top talent and support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to build strong talent pipelines.
- Enhance employer branding and drive DEI initiatives.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to optimise hiring processes and implement best practices.
Required profile
- More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Data‑driven approach to hiring.
