Manager – Sales Support Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Sales Support Services to drive performance and enable growth across our commercial operations. You will turn data into strategy, support sales excellence, and help shape sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales planning and effectiveness initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Own sales reporting, forecasting, KPI monitoring and performance measurement.
• Identify and implement sales process improvements and best practices to boost productivity.
• Design and support sales incentive, training and coaching programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tools, systems and insights that enable commercial success.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience in sales planning, performance management or business analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Logistics or related field.
• High integrity, proven compliance record and strong work ethics.
• Experience in freight forwarding & logistics is a plus.
