Manager – Projects and Facility Management

About the role

The Manager – Projects & Facilities Management will oversee construction, refurbishment, relocation and infrastructure improvement projects across all company locations. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, safety and regulatory compliance while aligning with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor assigned construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, specifications and schedules, securing all required approvals.
• Track project progress, costs, quality, timelines and contractor performance to guarantee successful delivery.
• Lead weekly cross‑functional meetings, manage dependencies, monitor stakeholder commitments and drive timely closure of action items.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, consultants, contractors and service providers to support project execution and agreement management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building services, maintenance management, budgeting, procurement and contractor management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
