About the role
We are hiring energetic, hardworking Machine Operators for our production factory in Bandaragama, which specializes in Tag Machine operations. The role involves running automatic or semi‑automatic equipment in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
Required profile
- At least 6 months experience operating tea‑packing or similar automatic/semi‑automatic machines (FMCG experience preferred).
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit, energetic and disciplined.
- Residence in or around Bandaragama preferred.

- Basic mechanical knowledge.
