Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer - Business Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer to join our Business Management department at the Nugegoda branch. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching to undergraduate students and supporting their academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver unit knowledge effectively and assess student skill and knowledge achievement.
• Assist students with assignments and coursework completion.
• Establish and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare course contents, study materials, and assignments.
• Set exam papers, develop marking schemes, and grade assignments and projects on time.

Required profile

• First‑class or second‑class (Upper Division) honors in Business Management from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience delivering lectures to undergraduate business programmes (advantageous).
• Ability to coordinate programmes with relevant stakeholders.
• Willingness to work during weekends.
