Lead DevOps Engineer (Tech Lead)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to act as a Tech Lead, driving DevOps initiatives across multiple projects. The role combines hands‑on implementation of CI/CD pipelines, cloud and DevSecOps practices with leadership of a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and adapt to the company DevOps culture and best practices.
• Take ownership of DevOps activities across assigned projects.
• Lead DevOps teams and provide technical guidance.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new DevOps technologies.
• Support various stages of the software development lifecycle as required.
• Maintain sprint tracking, identify risks, and lead mitigation efforts.
• Review team deliverables to ensure quality and standards.
• Lead effort estimation and deployment architecture design.
• Monitor system performance and implement observability solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams to meet SLA requirements.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Systems or Networking.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, networking, IT or telecommunications.
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of systems, networking and software fundamentals.
