KSA Accountant – Remote (Sri Lanka)

About the role

Paradox Events & Marketing is seeking an experienced KSA Accountant to work remotely from Sri Lanka. The position supports the company’s Saudi Arabia operations and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities for Saudi Arabia operations, including AP, AR, invoicing and payments.
• Maintain accurate books, ledgers, journals and financial records in QuickBooks.
• Perform bank, supplier and account reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support payroll accounting, employee‑related transactions and monitor expenses, project costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Handle KSA VAT and ZATCA compliance, and ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with management, HR, suppliers, auditors, banks and other stakeholders in KSA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Mandatory professional accounting experience in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of Saudi accounting practices, VAT and ZATCA.
• Strong hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively in English.
• Currently based in Sri Lanka and able to work according to KSA working days and hours.
