Key Account Manager – Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of fashion accounts. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, build strong customer relationships and help shape seasonal selling strategies aligned with brand launches and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing account plans and seasonal selling strategies.
• Coordinate with buyers, merchandisers and marketing teams to plan assortments, promotions and campaign execution.
• Track orders, deliveries, inventory and sell‑through performance, escalating issues when needed.
• Prepare sales reports, account reviews and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pricing, trade terms, promotional support and annual agreement negotiations under senior guidance.
• Work with supply‑chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery of fashion collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or related field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in account management, sales support, merchandising, buying or customer‑facing roles within fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong interest and understanding of fashion products, trends, seasons and brand positioning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, market visits and fashion events.
