Junior Import-Export Executive

GPV Lanka is looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Junior Import‑Export Executive to join our dynamic Operations team. Key responsibilities

• Handle CUSDEC processing for import and export documentation.
• Manage Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Delivery Orders (DO), and Cargo Manifests.
• Coordinate BOI approvals, Import Control Licenses, and Certificates of Origin (COO).
• Process Temporary Import for Export Processing (TIEP), temporary imports, and re‑export procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of import‑export documentation and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Valid Custom House Agent (CHA) Certificate.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka Customs procedures, BOI regulations, and duty/tax calculations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented approach to keep international supply‑chain operations moving smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ASYCUDA World.
• Proficiency in online Customs portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
