Junior Creative Designer

About the role

Jetwing Travels is looking for a Junior Creative Designer & Content Producer to shape visual storytelling across its travel, luxury, sustainability and destination brands. The role blends design, video production, photography and emerging AI tools to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own visual storytelling for digital channels, including campaigns, websites, email marketing and social media.
• Produce and edit high‑quality video content such as reels, short‑form videos, campaign films and promotional clips.
• Support photography and videography during destination shoots, events, influencer visits and brand activations.
• Develop motion graphics, animations and social‑first content to boost engagement.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, creation and production workflows.

Required profile

• Think like a creator while executing with a marketer’s mindset, taking ownership and solving problems proactively.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies, AI trends and digital platforms, and continuously seek smarter ways to create content.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom.
• Strong video editing and storytelling capabilities.
• Photography and videography fundamentals, including camera operation, lighting and audio basics.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo or Canva AI.
• Motion graphics and animation expertise.
• Drone photography or videography (optional but beneficial).
