IT & System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT & System Administrator to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining robust IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations, and supporting our call‑center communications platform.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage network infrastructure including LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Administer and support the call‑center system (VoIP/PBX, softphones, headsets).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and telephony issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
• Experience with network setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V) and backup technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
