IT Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support the overall hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant records.
• Assist with campus recruitment and internship hiring activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports, documentation, and other HR‑related records.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
