About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across all offices.
• Collaborate with external vendors to implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
