IT Executive – Cinnamon Habarana Complex

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to join the Cinnamon Habarana Complex, supporting the hotel’s technology environment and ensuring seamless operations for staff and guests. The role involves providing end‑user support, maintaining infrastructure, and contributing to IT projects in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end‑users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues efficiently.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, system updates, patches, and backups.
• Support IT projects and system enhancements through planning, testing, documentation, implementation, and monitoring.
• Promote and maintain IT security and compliance, including security monitoring, incident response, policies, and industry standards.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, hardware, software licenses, and procurement while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare IT documentation, user guides, training support, reports, and KPI monitoring to improve system performance and user experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment and provide support outside regular hours when required.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite at the hotel complex.
