International Affiliate (Telehealth) – Sri Lanka

About the role

As an International Affiliate you will provide short‑term, goal‑oriented counseling to corporate employees and their dependents in Sri Lanka. Working on a flexible contract basis, you will manage your own caseload through Lyra’s secure digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short‑term counseling (1‑8 sessions) for stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and mild‑to‑moderate anxiety or depression.
• Utilize evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, SFBT or ACT tailored to an Employee Assistance Program context.
• Manage scheduling, case notes and ensure compliance with global data‑privacy standards using Lyra’s platform.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Experience in short‑term therapy or employee assistance programs.
